   The most important aspect of selling your property is effective marketing. Your RE/MAX of Midland REALTOR® uses a variety of techniques to guarantee your home gets the attention it deserves.


Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The process begins with the Multiple Listing Service, which produces a weekly magazine that lists all property currently on the market through the Midland Board of Realtors. This magazine is a resource for local REALTORS®. A picture of your home and its features will appear in the MLS magazine. Some of the items included in the listing are rooms and room sizes, special features, taxes, lot size, square footage, school district, date of possession and price.

Print Advertising. We'll advertise your home in the local Real Estate Magazine, the Midland Daily News and other print mediums.

Professional Networking. Cooperation with our peers is critical to the selling process. Once your home is listed, we'll post the listing on our bulletin board and coordinate with other professional REALTORS® to contact and qualify potential buyers, as well as to show the property.


Property Profile and Special Features Sheets. We'll also develop property profile and special features sheets that describe the attractive features of your home. These sheets normally include a photograph of your property and a detailed description of the home.

Open Houses. An open house may be scheduled so interested buyers can stop by at their convenience. We'll ask you to choose a Saturday or Sunday to conduct the event. Then we'll advertise it for you in the local paper and host it too.

Showings. Buyers who are interested in your home will be most influenced by private tours. Our office will schedule the appointments at a time that's mutually beneficial to you and the prospect. We'll also discuss with you the buyers' comments about your home and their level of interest.
